1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Food products and perishable items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or expired.
- Customers must report any issues within 24-48 hours of receiving the package.
Return Process: - Customers must provide clear images or videos as proof of the issue.
The support team will review the request and approve or deny it based on the evidence provided. - Once approved, the item can either be replaced or refund will be provided.

- Products that were delivered correctly but no longer wanted by the customer.
