NOOTRI FOODS Return policy

1.  Eligibility for Returns:

  •  Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • Food products and perishable items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or expired.
  • Customers must report any issues within 24-48 hours of receiving the package.
    Return Process:
  • Customers must provide clear images or videos as proof of the issue.
    The support team will review the request and approve or deny it based on the evidence provided.
  • Once approved, the item can either be replaced or refund will be provided.

  • Replacement is processed for the same product if available.
  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in the original payment method.
                                                                                                                              Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened or used products.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Products that were delivered correctly but no longer wanted by the customer.
